4Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the specific service package purchased:

• Hourly Services: Tracked hourly rates are billed as per active milestone cycles.
• Project-Based Work: Payments are due as outlined in individual contract milestones.
• Consulting Services: Payments are due upon booking or within 30 days of invoicing.

Late payments may incur interest charges. We accept major payment methods for your convenience. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

5.2 Deliverables
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, you will own the custom work products created specifically for you. StreamFlixHub LTD retains rights to general methodologies, reusable code frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, proprietary data, and project details. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our services.

7Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we make no warranties regarding third-party software, integrations, or market fluctuations. Results may vary based on business operations.

8Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of London, England.
